Best Exercises to Increase Vertical Jump
#1. Warm Up Properly
The first important thing that you have to do before doing sports activities is doing warm up properly. I think you have understood the benefit of it. Ya, warm up will decrease possible injury and make our body more ready. If you don’t know how to do warming up properly, you can watch a video below. Do warming up especially on the legs, because in this activities, our legs are the most important part.
The next exercises do sprint training. There are many benefits of running fast or sprinting, some of them are: build the legs muscle, strengthen bones, burn fat, and increase speed of motion. Strong legs will increase your vertical jump, so if you want to increase your jump, don’t forget to do this exercise. I think I don’t have to explain it to you because it’s very easy. But don’t forget the important thing before you do sprint running, do warm up properly.
Having a good calf muscle is the desire of many people. Well, to make our calf muscles look good, one of the exercises that we can try is “Calf Raises”. Evidently, this exercise is not only beneficial to aspects of beauty but also plays an important role in maintaining the balance of the body.
Balance is important in the vertical jump because before make a jump, we need to make our body in the right place, so we can jump optimally. Moreover, balance reduces possible injury.
